Healthy Food

SALAD OLIVIE
Ingridiens:
·        0.5 kg of potatoes.
·        Caroots 4-5
·        Grean peas 0.5 jars
·        Pickles 7 or 8
·        200-250 gram of sausages
·        Boiled eggs 3
·        Lemon 1 or 2
·        300 gram mayonnaise
·        Mustard – 1 tablespoon
·        Black pepper to taste
·        Salt to taste
Direction:
1)   Peeled potatoes cut into small cubes and boil in salted water.
2)   Add canned green peas, diced cooked carrots, pickles, chopped eggs and sausage.
3)   The mixture of hot put in place.
4)   Mayonnaise flavor with mustard, black pepper, lemon juice and salt to taste, dilute a small amount of potato broth and add to salad.
5)   You can decorate salad with lemon slices and parsley sprigs.
